23-24 Athletic Physicals
Save the Date!
If your middle- or high-school student is interested in participating in athletics for the 2023-24 school year, they will need an updated athletic physical.
Once again HRH is partnering with the community to provide low cost athletic physicals at several locations. Physicals will be pre-paid, and by appointment only. Dates are listed below.
Sunday, April 16 - HRH Brownsburg Hospital
Sunday, April 23 - HRH Danville Hospital
Sunday, May 7 - HRH Plainfield Medical Center
