No student should be hungry this summer. If your family needs food assistance, please contact the following organizations to learn more about ensuring all students have access to healthy, nutritious foods this summer.
Mary Lee Maier Community Pantry
The Mary Lee Maier Community Pantry exists to serve all Avon Community School Corporation employees and families who have a child in the Avon Community School Corporation. The pantry is open from 5:00-6:00 pm on Thursdays. Please register before visiting.
Hendricks County Health Partnership
Visit hendrickshealthpartnership.org/food-and-nutrition to access days, times, and locations for Hendricks County food pantries. The Hendricks County Food Pantry Coalition enhances the collaborative efforts of Hendricks County food pantries to meet the basic nutritional needs of residents.

You may also contact the USDA National Hunger Hotline at 1 (866) 3-HUNGRY (or 1 (877) 9-HAMBRE) to speak with a representative who will help you find food resources such as meal sites, food banks, and other nearby social services.
