Happy Holidays, Avon!
Santa and Mrs. Claus visited Avon High School on December 1 for an "An Evening with Santa" event, an event put on by Avon TV. In addition to hearing lots of gift requests from the students who attended (and a few of the parents), the Clauses spent a little time with Big O, the AHS Orioles mascot. Rumor has it, Big O wished for boys and girls varsity basketball victories against Brownsburg on December 16. (Come see the games! Girls tip off at 6:00 and boys at 7:30 pm.)
Remember, December 16 is the final day of school before winter break begins, and students return to school on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.
