Softball

2025-26 Information
~Softball is 8th grade ONLY~
Softball callout meeting for any 8^th grade girls and their parents on Tuesday, Feb. 24 at Avon Middle School North. Softball is open to any 8th grade student from North, South and West. Start time will be at 6pm in the Cafeteria. Please enter through door #1. 

Please make sure you have completed all requirements for participation in Final Forms prior to try-outs so your student is eligible to participate.

Try-Outs Mar 9, 10 & 11 (12 if needed) right after school until 6:30pm
(please meet in the cafeteria to check in)

Participation Requirements

Updated athletic paperwork and physical  in Final Forms- please make sure that your physical is dated on or after April 1, 2025 and uses the IHSAA pre-participation physical form.

Please remember, your student athlete MUST have all steps complete before any participation. This includes both open gyms and try-outs.  Students who are selected for the teams will need the following:

1. $25 Athletic fee (one time for year)- if your student participated in a fall or winter sport, this should have already been paid.
2. $50 Program support fee 
3. Practice Pack fee TBD
